I specifically asked to have the delivery driver leave my order at the door and they sent some someone who slammed on my door like a police officer and scared my autistic daughter to death, even I asked why that happened their customer service refunded me $5 and then promptly hung up on me. I didn’t even ask for a refund I just wanted to make the driver aware of what happened, this was ridiculous and I really wouldn’t recommend this place pizza bolis is way better if your In the Harrisburg area. Ordered delivery through GrubHub AFTER the lunch rush. They do their own delivery, so there is no way to track the delivery driver to see where they are. Food arrived 31 minutes late (over an hour after the initial order). Had to call the restaurant twice before I could get the delivery. When I called the first time, they were just starting the order, and that was 15 after the scheduled delivery time. I ordered around 1:15 PM thinking it was after the lunch rush. Food: 3 Service: 1
