Today Friday at 4:30 pm I came into hfc and ordered a chicken ceasar wrap and a cheeseburger. Anyone that knows me knows I do professional food reviews under different pseudonyms to promote local restaurants and small businesses. But this experience was disgusting. There were no clean tables to wait while I was in there for over 30 minutes waiting for a 10 minute order in their own words dirty food, dirty bags, and bugs were crawling around the restaurant. The first cashier who was a woman had excellent service. She served me with a smile and made polite conversation beforehand. When the bell was rung as I approached the counter to grab my food the new cashier up front which was a man snatched my bag away and said “did you pay for this food you know your kind doesn’t like to pay.” As a black man right at the end of black history month I felt extremely offended and if there weren’t two customers waiting behind me I probably would’ve went to jail for the insults and profanity I would’ve thrown his way. I do not recommend this restaurant and hope that you don’t come here and you don’t bring your family here either.
Edit: Claiming my review is fake is laughable. Nothing I said was fake and I gave your food a 3 star review the food was decent but the atmosphere not so much

I can't say as to the service or atmosphere i only have ubereats deliver it for me. I would give this place 4 stars but the prices are really high so star off for pricing especially on wings. Now other star is on the food it's good but always something to complain about sadly. Like last night just got a simple peperoni pizza, and at first impression opening the box it looked underwhelming then i was suprized with a nice set of flavors that turned in to massive burning of my mouth like a acidic spice thought it was too much garlic at first but no bad breath or side effects to come with garlic, it must be the peperoni leaching out in to the pizza. I can tell if it weren't for the spicy peperoni the pizza would of been mellow with great flavors, oh and if your the place that gave me maple bacon on my pizza that other time lol note to all pizza placers do not use maple bacon it's disgusting!!!!!! Not paying 30-40$ for a ruined pie cause you put maple bacon on it...

Long time coming...First time customer, and was recommended by a friend. I had seen them pop up in my searches so knew of them..Can i just say the person working was so organicically pleasant..(is it wrong to say this person looked happy) was something I don't think I see often and just stayed w me all day. Somthing so simple..answered questions was not at all irritatedby questions, add on or changes I mad3 OR THAT I ASKED TO USE THE LADIES ROOM...Food was great made to order so if your looking for the pull off a line bag n go na this isn't it..thank you for that by the way! Time and overall was to be expected for the dishes ordered. Yummy. Price was high for 1 person meal, and app, w no drink. Possibly my selection ....
Would I recommend YES and return... for sure... can't wait to try the next item...
