The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Live music was great.
The place itself is very nice.
Great for a special occasion but maybe a little expensive for a regular night out.

Good place to grab a cocktail and catch some live music or a standup comedian. Service can be slow and sometimes they seem understaffed for the event or occasion.

This is a great place to spend some time on a weekend night, when they’ve got live music playing. It’s usually a young person with a guitar or keyboard. We’ve heard some outstanding voices during our visits. The prices are a bit on the high side but the atmosphere is very comfortable and homey. I added the pic to show the sort of seating that’s available.

I have been here twice. The room is well laid out and could be a comfortable place. The second time I went after getting my initial order for a beer (rather than a $12-$14 cocktail) the bartender had NO contact with me at all.
It could be good for those visiting the hotel but the prices are rather high if you just want to go out to socialize.

Great atmosphere, we visited during our stay in college station. Really enjoyed the bring your own vinyl night and they had an excellent drink selection. Incredibly friendly staff 10/10 would recommend.

Very interesting place. The prices are typical of a hotel establishment but they are not outrageous. They have some very tasty drinks that are very refreshing. I am not sure we'd make the trip out there unless we weren't meeting a group.

Atmosphere here was wonderful and my husband and I played a game of chess while sipping our thin mint Hershey cocktails 🍸. Staff is super friendly and it was enjoyable to just sit and relax.

We went for Barbeque and Bourbon. The event was in Hershel's due to weather. The bbq was good. The bourbon was TX and it was good but there was only one small sample.
