HoM has been our go-to place for years now and I’m not kidding when I say it’s been excellent every single time. Brunch, lunch, dinner, drinks, delivery/to-go… it’s all great. Even when we’re in the DC area (or other more “cosmopolitan” locales) we’ll plan to eat dinner here when we get back to Waynesboro rather than take advantage of the bigger city’s offerings. I ordered for dash surf and turf plus shrimp. The steak was a perfect medium rare, well seasoned and tender. The shrimp perfectly cooked with seasons and a smokey finish. The lobster was cooked and sliced but a little mushy... either frozen or slightly undergone, I would have liked a little sore of butter to drunk it in.
