Exceptional young entrepreneur that is not afraid to experiment and try new recipes. Soos Hilda van 7de laan sou sê; "Kombinasies is sy spesialiteit." Spekboom ice-cream is not the normal garden spekboom, it is harvested in a special place. It is very unique and tasty. His own cooked jams and baked goods are just as fine.
