I have been looking for sourdough bread in Melaka city and l spotted this place at Google and quickly placed the order.Calynn responded pretty fast and whatapp the menu. I ordered Dried figs and walnut with honey and cinnamon sourdough bread.
When l sliced the bread the texture of the sourdough is so nice. The amount of figs and walnut is generous and the blend of honey and cinnamon is just nice without overwhelming each other. I will definitely order from her again.

I really love sourdough bread and Calynn of Hearth&Soul has nailed it! There are different types of flavour and so far I've loved the ones I bought. And the best part is there's delivery right to your doorstep👍. So highly recommended for all bread-lovers!

The BEST sourdough bread in MELAKA. I especially love the ones with cinnamon hint. The baker herself is just as lovely.

Calynn specialises in sourdough bakes including bread loaf, burger buns, ciabatta, and also focaccia and her sourdough are naturally leavened with no chemicals, no preservatives and no artificial ingredients. By far the best sourdough homebaker I've tried (even better than those famous bakeries and cafe).

My go-to home bakery in Melaka and very different from the usual dry and rock hard sourdough bread from other local cafes.
As a self-proclaimed bread connoisseur and a regular patron I do really enjoy H&S soft and fluffy sourdough bread. Highly recommend their Herb & cheese bread which I once brought to a picnic with friends and it was an instant hit.
