It’s a new coffee place in lynnwood area right in the middle of Costco, Alderwood mall, H Mart, Target, Home Depot, etc. Such a good location. The place is modern, clean, warm and inviting. The staff are nice and welcoming as well. I ordered a hazelnut latte and it was good. I love the nonbitter, fresh and delicious tasting coffee they offered. This place has an air purifier, fancy water faucet/dispenser, clean fireplace, and pretty artistic lights. Would definitely come back for delicious coffee and nice ambiance Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
This coffee shop is way too expensive and they aren't transparent with their pricing. I was excited to try this cafe while I was out shopping. On the menu board, a 12 oz latte is listed as $5.50. I could not find the pricing for the syrups (vanilla/hazenut/etc) on the menu board, but assumed it would be 70ish cents? I ordered a 12 oz hazelnut latte, and my bill was $7.30! They charge $1.20 to add a flavor!! The drink is way overpriced and was nothing special. Unfortunately, I can't justify going back again with such steep prices. Matcha latte was amazing, as was the vegan breakfast burrito, a little on the pricey side but definitely worth it for the taste Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This is new coffee place in Lynnwood near Alderwood mall, Costco and Home Depot. Ambience is very good, clean and modern. staff are friendly. Pastries are very expensive, $8.50 for an Almond Croissant. Sounds very high end but tastes regular nothing special. They should reconsider pricing on food items especially bakery items. Service Dine in Price per person $1–10
He Brews Coffee is a very nice Café located across from Home Depot under The Woods at Alderwood. This is a great place to stop for a quick bite and amazing coffee or tea. I thoroughly enjoy the premium matcha tea and loose-leaf teas they serve here. The owner is extremely polite and you can see that in the employees here as well. The atmosphere is nice a welcoming and there's a good amount of seating. I've been here many times in the last week since they opened and I'll keep coming back. I go here almost EVERY DAY I visit my friend. Consistent upbeat atmosphere, upscale but friendly. A lot of selections, you can't go wrong! Food selection is always tempting and my eyes try to convince my stomach to get JUST ONE MORE THING. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I became a regular here while I was visiting my cousin. The name threw me off a lil but their matcha put me right back on track! We all know Seattle thrives off of their coffee scene but that's not what I was feeling the first few times I stopped by. He Brews has a spacious interior that makes for a perfect WFH space. It's fairly quiet which was nice. I can vouch for their drip coffee light roast ... that Matcha though, perfection! Service Take out
Staff is friendly and the place is nice, but some of the worst coffee I've ever had. The barista was also extremely slow at making drinks. It took far too long to make our 2 drinks with only 1 person/drink ahead of us. 4 stars because I like supporting local businesses, but I wouldn't recommend if you care about the taste of coffee. I came across this place while waiting for my tires from Costco. Place looks great on the inside, and there are some cute kids in the front who will help you with your order. The matcha latte was ok. They had a huge pile of samples in the front so I tried some, and they were pretty good. Check out their squash harvest bread and their pinwheels. 👍
