I have tried several different items on several occasions and been happy with both sweet and savory offerings: stuffed baked yams, savory ham and cheese crossaint, potato filled pasty! They even kick it up a notch by using gourmet toppings and fillings, not just your standard stuff! Scones, power type nut protein bars, cream cheese and berry pastries, luscious lemon bars, brownies.... I work down the street occasionally and we all share when we buy treats! 😋 😋 😋 OH my gosh! Almost forgot to mention the Babka! A wonderful treat! ( I heard about it on Seinfeld!)

Fantastic! Drove from Corvallis to check it out, and we were very satisfied. The sweet baked goods were delicious, and we took two savory items home for later. Mike, one of the owners, was as nice a guy as could be - welcoming everyone in (most by name). We chatted quite a bit and felt like friends immediately. One of the staff, a young woman, was equally friendly.
Will stop by again for sure.

I went to a cooking class and it was amazing! We made scones and they are super tricky. We not only learned how to make them but the science behind the ingredients as well. Overall a very well organized, informative and super fun evening. Highly recommend these lovely ladies.

I attended a scones classes at Hazella Bake Shop. It was so much fun! I learned techniques and got a great recipe I use often. I highly recommend taking any classes they offer in the future. I will most certainly be taking more classes, its a fun evening out with friends.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this little bakery. The owners are the friendliest people you will find in town! They truly care about the community and it shows. I haven’t had a bad pastry ever- their savory ones are probably my favorite alongside their hazelnut gf roll cake! The vibes are very Hygge and cozy- my only complaint is if they had a larger lounge- so it’d be easier to hangout in their space longer. This is a must stop if you’re downtown Lebanon.

I cannot say enough good things about Hazella's. I have a family member who is gluten free and all the gluten free items that have had don't last for long. Rebecca and Micheal are so sweet. It's so nice having this bakery in town. A great addition to the Lebanon Community!
Best hidden gem in town!! Absolutely love the homemade richness that you can taste in every product. Such a warm inviting and friendly shop. We will definitely be regulars here. Thank you for sharing your love of pastries.
What a GEM! My husband and I stopped here on a road trip between Salem and Redmond in early June. I found it based on Google Reviews and it was even better than we ever could have imagined. The owner is SO personable and took time to learn about us (we are from New Orleans). We tried 4 pastries and honestly wished we would have been able to sit there and sample everything but it was a quick stop. Would HIGHLY recommend in any scenario!
The service was great and the owners super friendly. Very popular spot with interesting specialty pastries. The Kraken was a gut bomb--Zenner's sausage smothered in mac and cheese, wrapped in pastry...resist the urge. Bierocks were good, the lemon bars excellent, and the chocolate babkas were really good. Quite pricey, but worth a stop when you're in Lebanon.
