I usually enjoy a great Hawaiian Bros visit, but this was not that time. Your company should definitely not serve food that has been not only obviously burnt in appearance but in taste as well. Whoever cooked this knew they burnt it and still decided to serve it, and that’s not okay. I should not have to rely on opening my bag and checking my food to make sure it’s edible prior to me leaving the drive thru. I absolutely love this spot 😩. I recommend 10/10. Everything was fully cooked and the serving size almost makes me full. I would recommend eating the teriyaki sauce with the rice it’s so good!! Love coming here! Staff is always friendly (esp you Jallijah, you're always so sweet!) and food is consistently good. Always has good portions and a clean lobby area! Def recommend coming here.
