Walked in and knew a few people who work here from Way Way back. It was good to see Tommy and Evelyn. Then I Taught some Pool for a while and had a Good Time. Adam been here for 14 years as well, he's really welcoming and courteous, He will help you with anything you need ! Jane the bar manager has been here 15 years. She's so nice. Arthur has been here for a grip doing Security, Keeping it safe! The Band is Always Nice to here . ~ Friendly & Respectful

Family and I went bowling for the 1st time this past Sunday and it was great! The wife and I haven't been to the Lanes since we were teenagers so it was amazing to see how much it has changed and for the better. We were there for 2 hours and got food using their specials so all in all it was a fun afternoon for a great price. All of us had fun which is always nice to get a thumbs up from a 4 and 7 year old. The woman behind the counter was really nice and even gave the kids little prizes which the kids were all about. We plan on making the Lanes our fun little spot going forward. Would highly recommend.

My heart sband and I went to shoot some pool, something we used to do a long time ago. We enjoyed the atmosphere, tables were good. Ours could have used resurfacing. The employees were friendly and helpful. We plan on going back again!!!!!

Service was slow and they were far from crowded. The construction that is going on inside is emitting horribly aggressive fumes… I honestly don’t know how the employees deal with it regularly. I developed a massive headache from the overwhelming fumes and paint scent. I received a glass of water from the bar. The waitress gave me a plastic cup to pour it into to take with me to the arcade. I then noticed after drinking half the water that it was literally tinted brown. I’ve been coming here many years and this experience may be the one to keep me away.

Went here on a date. The staff was friendly and the live music was amazing. Only reason I’m going 3 stars is because when I was bowling the pins were falling before the ball hit them, also the pins were getting stuck and it took over 15 min for service to fix out station. The food and bar was okay. I had fun regardless of the technical difficulties.

Great venue to grab a drink and apps while listening to live music. The options are great here and gets crowded during the night time. Lots of parking and seating on the inside.

I haven't been to Westgate lanes since the early 2010's, but, I have been coming since the really early 2000's and this place is amazing. I've been coming here since I was a child so I've went through the birthday parties here, family bowling day on the weekends and even having lunch and dinner in the pub. The Westgate lanes does get busy but it isn't busy enough for you to get a lane or a pool table to play with family or friends. It is always a good time and nice place to spend time with your people. Same with the pub. The bar and grill has always been a great place to eat and hang out. I have always enjoyed owning here just to eat and I plan on coming here when I'm back in MA just to have a bite. If you haven't came to the Westgate lanes yet or in a while, I recommend coming to this place and giving it a try. You won't regret it!

Still in disbelief about how we were treated by the middle aged blonde woman at the bowling alley renting the shoes. We would have stayed for much longer if she wasn’t so rude. I would recommend anyone to not go here unless you’re willing to have a good time interrupted by arrogant staff. I will definitely never go back. Spend your money at Kings or Boston Bowl, it’s much better spent there.

Pool was fun, drinks strong, you now order at the bar versus when they used to serve you at the tables while you play pool. Usually short staffed, but the food is great, environment is chill, and a good time
