Spent the day wandering the Flint Hills chasing fall colors. Headed to Emporia to find dinner when we decided to see if there was anyplace in Madison. Holy Cow!! What a hidden gem!! Had the prime rib special. Salad, baked potato, asparagus and prime rib and roll. With each bite, I kept saying, “perfect”. A meal simply cannot be prepped, cooked and served better than this. Blown. Away. Wish we didn’t have to drive two hours to come back. Atmosphere: 5
