A bit disappointed. Not what i was expecting. More like a sports bar with TV s. Service was great. Food just ok. White fish not good

If I could give negative stars I would. I really wanted to handle this with a manager or owner but after two phone calls requesting assistance, nobody has called me back despite promises to do so.
My son made a reservation to celebrate a birthday. This was a special event for which they had spent a long time planning. They made a reservation for 21 people at 730. By 930, hours later, they had still not been sat. When asked where they waited, he said they stood there. In their dress shoes for two + hours. They were told every once in a while it would be “soon”. Being 17 and 18 year old they did not advocate for themselves so here I am, a really frustrated parent. They were served their dinner around 1100 PM, 3.5 hours after their reservation and were home hours after expected. By the time they received their food they were totally over the night. The pasta was not cooked well and some of the food was cold. They asked for their bills with the final delivery of the food as half of them were out past curfew by now. Between the group they spent around 700$ for below average food, service and experience. There was no offer to compensate or seemingly no problem detected with staff about this entire situation. Really I would love to resolve this with the owner. Otherwise, I will continue to recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I know 20 families who will, as well as all the families we share our experience with hopefully. If they had resolved the issue, then I might go back again and have a much more positive story, but Speakeasy, you have shown you don’t care about service, standards or quality, only your bottom line.

Some of the worst service we’ve ever had at a restaurant. It started the moment we walked in the door with 7:00 reservations and they didn’t have a table for our party. Good thing our party of 6 turned into a party of 5 otherwise I’m not sure what would have happened. We sat at a table of four and they pulled up an extra chair for the fifth. It was a comedy of errors the entire TWO hours we were there. It was two hours only bc it took that long to get drinks (the wrong ones) have apps (one was brought to the table 20 min after the first) and have our meal. There was not one apology or “I’ll take it off your bill” or “I’m so sorry for the wait”. No sign of a manger to speak with. We will not be back.

Even though it's not in a secret location, it is a pretty good place to hang out at. However, remember that speakeasy are not cheap. The drinks, food and atmosphere make up for the prices because overall it's a great experience!

Excellent atmosphere for date night, great alternative to London Chop House without going downtown. The pretzel dots and burger w/ the beer cheese sauce were great, but the filet - the first bite literally stopped our conversation, we were not prepared, kudos to the chef for that one. Also our server Mo was great! She and the hostess were very friendly, explained items like the voodoo aioli, and our drinks were top notch. Everything for under $100, can't wait to go back!

Went to dinner last night with my boyfriend and we got a 7pm reservation. Had to wait alittle bit which is fine its Friday I get it. But as we waited, the hostess was telling a table they had to leave because we had a reservation which made me feel REALLY uncomfortable. We ordered some drinks which were delicious!! But we ordered food and after waiting 45 mins for our food, we finally asked how much longer. Our waitress Alexa said she would go check. 15 minutes pass before we had to ask the hostess to go find her. She never came back to tell us how long. So we asked for the check to pay for our drinks and leave. She goes over and goes well ill check your food. Brings it over we never got any silverware so we asked for boxes and left. I get it its friday but ppl were leaving and noone coming in waiting for a table. This was all at 8pm. I was excited it was my first time there, but i wont be back.
