I am a regular at this Harris Teeter but maybe not after tonight… the cashier (Kacie?) had the audacity to ask my boyfriend if he was my dad. This was highly unprofessional and I will be contacting management to discuss this behavior.
Great people work here. The ones I have dealt with are helpful and courteous. Great produce and a nice selection of coffee and tea k-cups. Nice bakery too ... I always have to check it out before I leave.
Izzy in the seafood area is off the chain. She went out her way to find me what I need and had excellent customer service. That girl their needs a raise or needs to move up.
So disappointed in this location. I keep trying, but it just doesn’t get better. I was in there last night 7/24. Still can’t return the cat food that was purchased on error. Ok so that’s policy. But when I shop in a store and a Mgr walks by me and I say hello and he doesn’t respond- rude. Then I wanted to know where the pasta was that was on my email. An associate walks down aisle to Mgr and he basically says...never had it, don’t know why the put it on eVic. No offer of substitution..nothing. Then I go to self checkout, I hear a loud crash, and a manager brought a cart in and flung it in front of store and it crashed into one of the check outs. So unprofessional. I have never seen HT managers act so badly. And to not care about their customers. Back to Publix I go.
Harris teeter feels like a luxurious store for the wealthy but in reality they have some of the best prices. BOGO is available for many items. However, I always end up spending more than I wanted because everything looks so good!
