Website and app totally useless. Pharmacy personnel are rude, always seem annoyed and snap the minute a customer seems to need extra assistance. Moving our rather extensive medication needs elsewhere. Gave them numerous times to at least APPEAR like they appreciate that CUSTOMERS pay their salaries. Rest of store staff are wonderful. Too bad the “elite” pharmacy folks bring the entire rating to ZERO.

5-10% of the stuff I buy here is expired. You can return it if you have the receipt. Every other time I go, I have to return something. Sometimes I can't really return it. Like I just opened some ribs that aren't supposed to expire for a week and they're RANCID. Do I drop what I'm doing and return them? Do I bag them back up and take them back next time I go get groceries? There were some Dunkin Donuts cold brew bottles on the shelf that expired in Nov 2023. It's February 2024 now. I've never experienced this in any other grocery store I've ever been to. Do they just never check their own merch for expired stuff? Is it the customer's job now?

Surprised how pleasant all the people who worked here are! Really friendly and helpful.
Prices aren't great but on par with upscale groceries. Never seen a two story grocery either.

My family has been coming to Harris Teeters in Ghent for many years. The buffet has a nice selection of food I just don't appreciate the flies. This is a ongoing problem. Management has been notified about this several times. I took a pic of this fly in the mac and cheese.

This is an excellent store. I love the atmosphere, the high quality merchandise and the great customer service. This is a multi-level location. Loved it.

A great all around shopping experience. They even have an elevator. Huge store, all around great inventory and high quality seafood. I may have caught the salad bar on a bad day… wilted lettuce looked old. The salad bar looked as tho it had been sitting there all day. I’ll see how it looks on my second visit…definitely looking forward to returning soon and often.

Hot food bar is never out at 11. Eat here, or I should say try to eat here, 3x a week and the food is never out until 11:30 or 12. Not sure why I even try anymore. If you can’t get the food out by 11 as you advertise, just change the hours already. When it is out, it’s great.

Basically a super fancy ShopRite.
2 floors, FULLY stocked (all different flavors that I haven't even seen + the shelves were full), with plenty of workers making sure things are staying stocked.
The only negative I can see, was the parking lot can definitely use some more spots

Huge selection of Kosher products!! Greatest service in the neighborhood and never wait to check out longer than 2 min even when the lines look a bit busy. Thank you for keeping us happy customers!!
