Staffing at this store is laughable. Never enough help. I'm halfway into the wine section waiting for a self checkout order that is over $75. And, before any management says "there was a medical emergency" the line to self-checkout was this long before the dude fell.
Until understaffing practices change I won't change my rating.

I visit this local store when I'm lazy to drive further. It's pricey overall but if you use their loyalty program wisely you won't overspend too much. Their customer service is good and I like that they have fresh organic greens and veggies. The pharmacy accepts walk-ins for flu shots and Covid vaccines (fall 2023)

I have just left your store about twenty five minutes ago now. I went through self-checkout again and the same thing happened that I had to report to a manager before, happened again and by the same person. This same person walks over in my space as I’m checking out and even touches my already bagged popcorn that I purchased and makes some kind of comment about it.
I addressed it with him there as well as called back to speak with the manager on duty. I spoke with him and he said he was going to talk to him and tell the manager Sharon. If it’s the same person Sharon is who I spoke to about it when it happened the first time. Seemly either nothing was said to him or either no kind of disciplinary action was taken. I don’t know. I just know that for it to have happened twice something in management needs to be done differently. Even if it were cutting his pay or anyone for that matter that stubbornly keeps committing infractions. People definitely respect having or losing money or either respect being disrespected themselves in order for the right thing to do, to happen.
This behavior by this employee is a problem and you all have to fix it

Shelves are usually well stocked. Prices are reasonable and the staff are fast, and helpful. Whether you need a few items or a few hundred, this is a great place to shop for a whole range of items from apples to zucchini, bread to yellow corn chips, and everything in between.

5 stars for the service I always receive at their pharmacy. Lindsey, one of the pharmacists, was so helpful and went out of her way to help me get a very expensive RX for as cheap as possible. I love how friendly they are. It feels like a small locally owned pharmacy and you can tell they try really hard to make you feel like you’re their only patient. If you're sick of dealing with CVS then make the switch! You won’t regret it. The store itself is always clean, and their staff are always friendly and welcoming!

What is there not to love about HT. The people, the wonderful customer service. The products from fresh produce to meats and deli. Their isles are brightly lit and clean. It's a wonderful store. Check them out.

I love this Harris Teeter! It reminds me of the Wegmans back home in New Jersey. Huge selection of cheeses, premade dishes, Breads, vegetables you name it they have it. Great selection of meets and the BEST THICK CUT rib eyes!!! The only thing missing are the veal steaks - I have to go to Food Lion to get those :)

Stopped by for a quick pick up dinner, was in and out within 15 mins!
