wow... worst food. Ham & Cheese Sandwich and Double Cheese Burgers were near inedible. I have never experienced such bad food! AND they are more expensive than other fast food joints! Unbelievable Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

9:12 pm. Pull up to the drive thru, 2 people sitting at the drive thru doing nothing. Employee comes over intercom and says they are closed because they are changing their grease. I see 7 or 8 people in there, no sales coming in. Makes sense why all the 1 star ratings. I bet this store profits a ton. /s

Read the former review if you want to know how far down this place has fallen. This Hardee's has new owners, or management. And they are doing a horrible job. Don't go if you need to pay by Credit Card, machines were taken out and workers have no idea if they will be replaced. The window sign deals aren't taken down so the 2 for 1 deal expired and isn't honored. The place has torn vinyle on a bench as you go in. Coffee is behind the counter, guess customers can't get their own now. Workers that used to keep this place going are gone, and service is lacking. Maybe the new owners should show up and work. The drive through line blocked parking. There are potholes that could bust your axel almost on the drive through. All in all just go someplace else! This is our usual Hardee's since it's close and mostly has pretty good food. I got a cinnamon roll and it was really good. We also got a big breakfast plate, biscuit and gravy, eggs, bacon, tots. Great except for the bacon. Asked for well done, crisp bacon. Gat medium cooked limp bacon, which I like, but this wasn't my meal. As you can see the bacon is not crisp. It's cooked just enought so the fat was just past raw. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

They messed Up on our order three times the bathroom was very unsanitary. There was no soap and both dispensers. The service was very unwelcoming. They seemed annoyed about our orders. If I could give this review zero stars, I would. When we first walked into this establishment, there was cardboard all over the floor, trash cans everywhere, I’m assuming their pots were malfunctioning as it was very smoky and smelled putrid, tons of DHEC violations, sweating over the food, wiping foreheads with bare hands & gloves etc. Once getting to the counter, my occupant ordered her food promptly and afterwards I stood there waiting to order for 10 minutes as the young woman behind the counter wandered around. After ordering, they stated that they needed to drop fresh chicken which was fine. I watched them twice pull the chicken then have to throw it back in the pot because it was undercooked (i.e. malfunctioning pots). Finally after sitting there for 30 minutes we decided to just cancel our order because the restaurant was profoundly nasty, the malfunctioned equipment and just overall service. The young woman stated she cannot give us a refund without a reason and went back and forth with my occupant for a good ten minutes. The best thing we got from this visit was eventually receiving our refund and leaving. I love Hardee’s but I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Absolutely filthy. Also, some young man was washing his sneakers in the sink. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This AM a young blonde with a several barbells in her face has the worst customer service. Also, when I got to the window she would not add to my order. Which I would have understood if there were any cars behind me, but there wasn't. She is costing you money and very lazy. I have been coming here 8 years and have never had a problem adding to my order. Good thing there are a lot of other food options. I won't be back. The lack of professionalism of this specific establishment was appalling. I ordered through doordash and the entire order was unsatisfactory;the burger was burnt, the fries were undercooked and the ranch tender wrap didn't have any cheese. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake and the ice machine when was apparently "broken" and when the driver suggested they fixed it they laughed at him. So they will not be receiving my business anymore Food: 1 Service: 1

Went in to get breakfast. Menu stated that French toast sticks were $3 but they rang.up as $5.29. I was.told the price changed about a week ago. Someone is NOT doing their job if the menu still reflects the old price and people are surprised by being charged almost double what is on the posted menu.....has a very scam feel to it.
