I do like this place. However, the fritate was a bit old along with the thumbrint cookie, while their cappuccino came in a quarter sized cup; much smaller than their latte, which was unexpected and not satisfying. The kiwi strawberry muffin was excellent along with their mini cheesecake. Soup was okay, too. Ambiance was nice, and we drove out of our way for their gluten-free bread, which uses one of the best recipes we have found anywhere. It's very heavy on the nuts, which is fantastic. Place is pricey, which I understand with the ingredients that they use, but for that price, please provide a large cappuccino and fresher baked goods. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

They have a sandwich of the day. I tried it and it was delicious. It made me think about what the sandwich of the day was like yesterday and what it might be like tomorrow. I wish they offered the sandwich of the yesterday too, then I could compare them. Maybe the sandwich I got that day was the same as the day before. This one sandwich just keeps having it's day. If that's the case, I'd prefer more transparency. Like instead of sandwich of the day, it should be sandwich of today and the last two days. I guess it's good to be present and not harp on the past, but that seems unfair to historians and all those restaurants that still have "people love us on Yelp" signs from 2022 and earlier. What I really want to know, is if a sandwich of the day has been able to have it's day for a full year. That'd be real impressive. There's a reason they don't have a man or woman of the day award. Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if the sandwich I got that day became the sandwich of the year. It was so good! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a wonderful little local place for a quick stop to recharge. Great menu and wonderful coffee. We had the avocado toast and frittata which came with their own pickled sides. Delicious! The shop owner was happily answering our questions and was very welcoming. We ended up purchasing the candied lemon peel from their little shop with local products. The jams are going to have to be revisited next time. Definitely coming back.
I really wanted to like this place, I really did. The staff is incredibly friendly and the outdoor seating is great. But unfortunately that’s where the praise ends. We got the seeded bread, avocado toast, frittatas, tofu sandwich, and the bowl. The food is quite bland and dry, and the seeded bread tastes like bark. The coffees are decent enough if that’s all you want. The tofu sandwich was honestly the only good thing our group ate, so I’d recommend get that. The hot sauce collection they have are really good though, so there’s that.

Well, the food is healthy but rather flavorless and bland. I like the IDEA of eating there - organic, vegetarian, homemade and love the Happy Girl products, but the menu is not all that exciting compared to other cafes like this. Although the coffee drinks are good. Cookie and baked goods not so much. Also, I don’t remember it looking quite so much like a delivery warehouse - the love and care from this brand doesn’t really extend into a cozy warm space for dining. Giant pile of flattened boxes in front spilling into the sidewalk. I know it’s hard to get good employees these days but was disappointed that the kids working the counter forgot my order altogether. There needs to be some supervision for customer service. If you leave a diner (prepaid order) sitting there for 45 minutes with no food, it’s not good customer service to say first: “I didn’t even know you had a food order!” And then second: “Well now do you want it to go???” (I’m supposed to eat my lunch running down the street, what?) How about profuse apologies and maybe a free coffee or dessert to make up for it? Seriously. Also, because they rushed to get it out, I’m pretty sure the sandwich was not what it was meant to be. Anyway. Probably won’t be back.

We came here to grab some breakfast before going to the Aquarium and were so happy that we did. Had the avocado toast, chickpea frittata, and the scone of the day (cranberry orange). All were fantastic, and the prices were quite reasonable, especially in relation to the quality of the food. I loved the food so much that I came back the next morning for a cappuccino (great) and granola with their homemade yogurt. Highly recommend Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Scones
