Quality of the dim sum drop drastically. Rice roll so thick. BBQ chicken bun so horribly done. Siew mai does not taste right. Only glutinous rice okay. Overall disappointing. Better go VIP Meal type Breakfast Price per person RM 80–100 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
Dimsum here are Halal, can be busy during weekend morning hours especially festive holidays. The restaurant serves dinner and lunch as well, food quite up to expectation and price is reasonable for hotel setting. Taste 14/20; Presentation 15/20; Ambience and Cleanliness 15/20. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 20–40

I’ve been here for at least 8 years. What I see today is beyond disappointing. Two similar experiences after they’ve reopened, this time: - Waited 1 hour for only 3 dimsum baskets - Missed out order and reassured food will be ready in certain time. No surprise, it didn’t arrive in time. - No attempt to apologies nor own up to their mishap. - Poor service and attitude, as demonstrated by their supervisors (lack of visible leadership) All in all, quality food led down by disappointing service. Come here if you’d like to experience bad customer service. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

A decent place for Chinese food especially the dim sum. It's a halal restaurant.

I’ve been a regular customer before the temporary closure. Used to be my go to place for Dimsum, and the Mee Goreng Basah has always been my favourite. However after their recent reopening, the food quality and service have dropped alot. Dimsum wasn’t up to my expectations, Mee Goreng Basah was lacking of flavour, and the staff had also messed up our orders, as they seemed to be a little clueless. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Like the food here. Comes here almost weekly for the Dim Sum. However, recently the services is going down. Have to kept reminding them for the drink(only a pot of Chinese tea), especially when ordered with the tall manager. Today even worse: the drink never been served & the lady who cut the fried food dropped the scissors & continue using it until the manager confronted her(after we informed the manager the incident). That also she didn’t take immediate action…it took her almost 10 mins to pass the dirty scissors to another staff. Bare in mind today is less busy & more staffs available than the usual. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person RM 40–60

Been to this place countless of times but this time around it was disappointing. Its a shame that they serve comforting food but when it comes to service, disappointing is not even the word to describe. My family and I were there early at 6pm, knowing food can be slow, but in the end, we waited for more than an hr, only 1 dish came out, and it was cold, imagine a deep fried dish served cold, we did not even complain to the staffs about their dish. Even the tea was not hot. We ordered 5 dishes, and the staffs did not bother to update us whether are the other dishes coming or how long it would take or even checked on us. Not wanting to wait even longer, we decided to cancel our orders and change our dinner location. For a reputable restaurant, it would have been nice of your staffs to at least inform your customers that food will be slow and check on your customers while they are waiting for their food. Rather than all the staffs just standing at a side and doing nothing.

Terrible experience. Not able to make reservations even come at 10am, have to come again at 1130am with new queue number 8 for lunch. My parents, grandmother, sisters all have to wait for 30 minutes to be seated without any mercy or shame of how senior citizens were treated. Even number 9 and 10 were seated first. Food have to wait for another 1.5 hour and be aware that they sent frequently wrong dishes to wrong table. We had to ordered some dim sum first while waiting for food to arrive. Food quality were not as good as before. The restaurant manager, Mr Carlson was at the front services, and was surprisingly very route, irrational and not professional in answering customers' questions and showing customer the table. I will never bring anyone to this restaurant again with this kind of experience they are striving to bring to their customers. For me, this kind of services were totally unacceptable and shameful to be offered.
