The chef at this restaurant cooks tasty chicken wraps, tuna melt and fillet steaks. From the guests' point of view, pancakes are perfectly cooked here. Great coffee or good tea will make your meal tastier and you'll certainly come back. Food delivery is an important advantage of Hamden Town House. A lot of reviewers think that the staff is patient at this place. Fine service is something that visitors note in their reviews. Delicious meals at low prices are provided here. You will definitely appreciate the enjoyable atmosphere and beautiful decor. Google users awarded this place 4.2.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. 43 dollars later and a trash full of food. There was not one thing that tasted good. I don’t know how they have the reviews they have. Maybe ppl are talking about breakfast. This food tasted like nursing home food. I will not be giving this place another try. WASTE OF MONEY!

We figured we would give it a second shot after our french dip disaster. We got the meatloaf dinner. It was inedible. The ice cream that came with the dinner was really delicious. Service was great, but unfortunately, we will not be back. The food was that bad. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Highly recommended this was a surprise for us after a Doctors appointment we went to this dinner was playing 80's and 90's music... This place is Awesome and kids friendly. This brought me back way back when i had my summer vacation in the Bronx from Puerto Rico when i was like 6yrs old. The Vibe in this place was Awesome. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN SOON... The waitress was spot on with the items we ordered. She was very attentive with us Spanish lady was on point... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We did not have to wait for a table which was wonderful because we had a time crunch. This was my first time here. The people that we with me have been here many times and recommended it. We we were seated I notice how nice and clean the dining area was. Oh and the wonderful display of desserts. YUM!!! The menu is extensive and they serve breakfast all day. We placed our order and our food came out hot and quick. It was awesome. The food was very good. The soup was a bit more salty than I usually like but it was good. I will come again. 😃
This review is based on this experience. I've been here a few times and always been satisfied with service and my food. But this particular night from the moment I stepped inside I didn't really feel welcomed. I was told I can sit anywhere which I did but I waited for over 10 minutes before the waitress came over and asked if I needed a menu and something to drink. I placed my order in which the food was delicious but the waitress not once came over to check on me. But as I sat there I noticed other families being escorted to the tables with menus. Now that I'm finished with my meal still no waitress but I see her going over to other tables and basically paid me no mind. There was even a family of 4 who arrived after me got there meal and left before me. I was alone. After about 10 minutes or so of finishing my food I got up and had to ask another girl who wasn't my waitress for my check. I was just not in a good mood when I left there. A classic New England diner inhabiting what once was a Howard Johnson's restaurant. High quality diner food served by pleasant and efficient staff. The chicken salad sandwich and chicken alphabet soup or delicious. The special handling need was great. And the deserts looked wonderful! Great hours if you need to eat after 9 pm.
This is my favorite diner in Hamden. The staff there is always great. There is never really a wait for a table. The drink of your choice will shortly follow you being seated. Ordered food shortly thereafter, and cooked to perfection. Waitresses are super cool and have great personalities. You can sit back and watch them interact with customers on a personal level. Located off Route 15 (Merritt Parkway) off exit 61. Go check them out and share the experience that so many enjoy. You won't be disappointed. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20
Anyone can post a review that has nothing to say. Especially one that is trying to be spiteful. And THANK YOU to all customers who have patrons us over the last 35 years we appreciate each and every one of you.... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Classic dinner feel. Generic dinner menu but some daily specials that added something fun to choose from. Wasn't that crowed at lunch which was nice. Staff was attentive however they sometimes had loud conversations with each other very close to us that would disrupt our own conversation. Would come back again if craving diner foods
Food is great! I'm a huge fan of their Belgian waffle, the burger is awesome too! The food always comes out fast and the prices are pretty decent Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Recommended dishes Belgian Waffle with Strawberries
