I have been a frequent customer of the Garage on SW 19th & I-35 restaurant in Moore since it opened and will continue to consistently drop by for food and drinks. I also go to a lot of the Garage restaurants across OKC but the staff at the Moore restaurant is exceptional. The MIT Michelle is an exceptional fit for the Moore location and I enjoy the connection she has not only with the employees but also the patrons. Please place her in Moore. I appreciate your consideration. Thanks.
We just got home from a wonderful dining experience at Charleston's, Edmond. Our service was excellent! Thank you, Kia! We had a little glitch, and Assistant GM Candace came to make everything right. I cannot say enough good things about another wonderful experience at a Hal Smith restaurant. In fact, I'm contacting them again concerning investor relations!

Took my family to Toby Keith's Love that Bar and Grill in Brick town, Oklahoma city. Really did not expect much since it was a celebrity restaurant but the kids 7, 12, and 13 just had to go. IT WAS FANTASTIC. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were amazing. The restaurant was very clean and up to date and the service was really good. I had a great time, my family had a great time, food was amazing and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I will go back many times.
Haven't been to the restaurant yet, BUT! My DIL ordered and paid for a $250 gift certificate for my Xmas present, the first week in December. I JUST got it today! January 19th!! Ridiculous! Horrible!!

Me and my family love all of Hal’s restursnts. I’m not exactly sure why there are some negative reviews but whatever was going on has changed for the better. My dad quite literally will not go anywhere except for Hal’s restaurants here in edmond. Keep it up!

Louie's on garthbrooks in yukon. I absolutely hate when people ASSUME. My husband and I just shared a late night dinner after work at our favorite restaurant in Yukon. After sitting at the table for 20 minutes I kindly asked the closest waiter (our waiter) for the closing manager. When he came up to us I told him I had been sitting for literally 20 minutes and hadn't got a drink. Could I get a water and I was ready to order. He of course apologized, took my order and brought my water. After we finished our meal and got our check and left he happened to be going to the parking lot the same time as us to do something in his car. He said how he hoped he wasn't being unprofessional but he wanted to explain why our waiter didn't give us prompt service and didn't service us the rest of the night. Because last time we came in we didn't tip well. Seth and I shared a $9.99 meal. Tax brought us up to roughly $11-12...We left a $3 tip. We were not messy, we were not difficult, and we did not hold his table for a long time. We are quick, & easy patrons because we understand what customer service can be like with difficult, messy customers. We left him the 10-15% standard tip and we were nice....I'm sorry but what more should we have done? Just because we came in dressed nice you assumed we were well off...guess again-we both work in retail part-time.. Oh I have a nicer, newer car....my old vehicle was literally costing more in repairs each month than my new car payment. My nails are done nice...did them myself...The list goes on and on. Are we the best tippers in the world no. I wish we could be but the truth is we are both full-time college students who get no government assistance, we have bills just like the next person and we coincidentally enjoy sharing a meal out on paydays. But ultimately at the end of the night we go home and count our dollars and try to stretch them just like he probably does. Except the only difference is in my customer service industry I don't just not give good customer service simply because someone tried 10 pair of jeans on and only bought 1. If I had a problem with that then I wouldn't work in CUSTOMER SERVICE.I'm not going there again. Don't come to me and tell me u bartender will not serve us because our tips are not good enough. The manager told us he only makes 2.45 an hr and made all these excuses. I told him the bartender chose this job. If he wants a different job where he doesn't have to rely on tips them he can leave but his customer service should not be based on who tips well and who doesn't. Louie's off garthbrooks by the highway in front of target. I have a crappy day at work and my allergies were killing me and a throbbing headache and then I just want to relax and I can't get Any service. Manager also told us next time we come in don't seat the bar and everything will go smoother. I'll stop but I could keep going.

Waited for over an hour with two good friends, one from Boston, the other from Sacramento as well as my wife and tow local friends here in Wichita. Group size of seven. Then we were seated at a table that would barely hold six as long as you don't mind rubbing shoulders all night and banging knees together. Waiter brought a chair so the 7th person in our group could sit in the aisle and get bumped all night by passing servers. Not my idea of a way to impress people. Never coming back, never. Redrock Canyon Grill. The food was OK but the place is crowded, noisy and has the atmosphere of a airport waiting area. Sorry guys but this place was just not the place to bring friends. No way to talk with noise levels reaching annoying.
Today I received a denial letter from the Zurich insurance who insure Hal Smith restaurant's. They denied a claim I filed months ago for food poisoning from Louie's in Jenks Oklahoma. We was served undercooked hamburgers in which I started to eat mine but my girlfriend didnt eat her undercooked hamburger. I called the waiter over and told him our hamburgers were raw. He replaced them but later that night, I got really sick for four days and missed work. I told the manager who then passed it on to their insurance (Zurich). They told me since the restaurant had no former complaints, they must deny my claim. Wow, I couldnt believe it because they first told me they found them negligent but then after their investigation of finding no reported complaints, they must deny my claim. That's bad business and we all know what that leads to...failure!
