Very nice food, can't complain. Quite spicy so should be mindful before coming to the establishment, but really tasty nontheless. Can be oily at times so not something to indulge in, but always great food. The customer service is a hit and miss, they seem to have a high turnover of staff. If you're going to dine in, I would recommend a jacket as it's really cold. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Visited this branch on a Saturday and the food was bad. The potatoes were so oily and burnt. I purchased a lite box so it was one side and one meat which was a box full of oily/burnt potatoes and 2 rather small pieces of chicken. The St Augustine branch I've had better experience with. I really didn't get to taste the food but the environment was clean and staff helpful. I went there with a gift voucher I got for my birthday from the company I work for but apparently it didn't have an authorized signature 🙃 so I was told to get that and then return. I explained that it was a gift for my birthday. They said to let whoever got me the card to carry it back to the location it was bought and get the signature. Anyways I will probably purchase it sometime and be able to review the food. Atmosphere: 2

Although had to wait 15 minutes for shrimp the taste of the food always comes out on top...kids were pleased and portion size always sufficient to excess. The change of the food containers were welcomed however I still think that it becomes soft especially with the meats that have sauce...on the whole experience was nice and controlled especially during the pandemic.

Previously a great value for money. Spend an additional fee for Shrimp and was given a total of four (4) baby shrimp. Bought the battered mushrooms and given a half container. Please open and check your items before you leave. Venue still clean, but value no longer there.
