The smell of this bakery is ❤️. Got me UFO tart was nice, regret only getting 2 🥲. Sponge cake was moist, soft and delicious 😋 Butter cake taste like those oldskool swiss rolls. Not a fan. The mooncake fish was nice. Bun siput was a tad hard in texture, but the cream though, freaking love the cream, so smooth. Bun chocolate needs more cream. Bun was soft. Need this to to sent to KK plz 🥺

OMG, their mooncake is way better than the Ipoh most famous mooncake. Is superb good! Thank for Hai Joo for such good mooncake. Mooncake these days are overprice and cutting quality on materials, all go into the fancy packaging that is unnecessary.

Amazing fried products (donuts, 'chempiang' etc), although their bread is only so-so. Cashiers here are friendly and helpful, and can help reserve items for you. They also sell cakes through pre-orders.

I left Sandakan for almost 17 years.Felt really good by the time i revisit again is still in the same location and the taste still the same!childhood fav bakery ever!
