This place is so inconsiderate. I have been here 2 times within the past 2 weeks with a reservation BOTH times, we get here and say told them we have a reservation they said “oh that’s going to be a 15-20 minute wait”. This place needs to do a better job with their seating and not make people with a reservation wait. It is very inconsiderate of others time. Terribly noisy and extremely loud atmosphere. Decibel meter phone app showed it averaging about 85 dB. I sat at a table with 10 people. I couldn't even hear the people directly across from me, let alone anyone else. Service was terrible. Servers brought the wrong food to the wrong people and took it away/swapped it around multiple times. It took almost 10 minutes to sort it all out. Parking is haphazard, and you have to either do it on the street or try one of the garages. The food I had was ok but nothing I couldn't get anywhere else. I would never go there again. Service was okay. Ordered a appetizer and didnt come until we got the rest of our food.. kind of defeat its purpose. The meal i ordered had steak that was so dry i left half of it there. Got takeout tonight. Was really excited to try it, but was super disappointed when I got home. My fajita burrito wasn't even folded all the way, and I kept having to pick stems out of my mouth. My partner's quesadilla was just okay, but the salsa was super watery, and we got hardly any guac. Really disappointing, and won't be going back. Fairly priced for a good serving of food. I recommend the carne asada tacos and the refried beans, but the salsa was just okay. Would love to try the margarita next time, I hear they are delicious. The service was phenomenal, our server Stephanie was very attentive and made sure we got everything we needed. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town!
