The bakery is the worst. Twice in 3 weeks I have been disappointed. I ordered a custom cake and the words were at a upward angle. Another worker tried to correct the writing on the cake then within 40 minutes of picking it up, it started cracking. I also bought a cake labeled "white cake with buttercream icing" only to cut into it and find out it was chocolate. HEB Bakery on Wells Branch Pkwy has let me down for the last time.
