This is the best spot near Beverley. Come to this cafe for a break and taste perfectly cooked pizza, cheese salads and grilled chicken. You will be served good biscuits, chocolate cakes and peach cobbler. Gypsy Joynt has delicious draft beer, wine or whiskey among its drinks. Galveston is our current stop on our full time RV travel route. We looked online for a nice place to have lunch today and chose Gypsy Joynt because of the varied and interesting menu. Upon entering, we made our selection and proceeded to the counter to order with immediate exceptional service. We checked out the amazing decor and sat to have our food delivered in a timely manner. Again, excellent service from all employees. We took some of our food to go and of course, had to take some of the yummy desserts back with us. Thank you, Gypsy Joynt, for making our entire experience a wonderful one!

We loved our experience here! It was about 45 minutes before closing time when we stopped in after a long day of travel, and the staff never rushed us. They were very kind, and attentive. Our meals were amazing, and when we walked in our 4 year old asked for pancakes and we were so happy to see an all day breakfast menu. He loved his pineapple stuffed pancake with homemade whipped topping, and sausage patties, and I really enjoyed my muffaletta. We loved the vibe, food, service and atmosphere! So many wonderful dishes with such odd combinations that taste fantastic. Bring your appetite because the portions are huge. I had the PMS burger with blue ball and it was fantastic too big though for me to finish. Love this place. The atmosphere is like the name. A fun mishmash. There is a little Christmas photo area too. Most importantly the food is fantastic. The flavor is excellent and it's visually appealing too. Even though I'm full I just want one more bite to bring the flavor layers back to my mouth. Service was quick too. Highly recommend if you're going to or from Moody Gardens like us. Also don't forget to try the home made cinnamon rolls! Ask if they'll heat them a bit. Such a fun, colorful, and relaxed restaurant! The portions are good and the prices are more than reasonable. You can easily spend $10 or less per person and get a decent sized meal. We loved the French toast cinnamon roll with fruit, the biscuits, and the breakfast potatoes. The coffee was pretty mediocre, but the food and vibe more than made up for it. Wife and I ate here for lunch. Service was very friendly, staff were glad to make your visit perfect. We shared a side salad and a pizza.
