Ordered the big pizza, the waitress tried first to talk us out of it. She said it would be too much food for us, we ordered it anyway. Asked if we could do half cheese and half with a veggie pizza they have on the menu. She seemed annoyed but took the order. We only saw her once after ordering, another girl brought out the pizza. It was okay, the bottom was pretty dark though. When we got the bill we were charged separately for each topping, 4 of them, at almost $4.00 each, that were only on half of the pizza. The bill was $80. Not worth the money, waitress was inattentive, and it was freezing in there. Very disappointed. We will not be returning. I called ahead of time and asked the new York pizza be done by 630 for a party. Pizza was twenty minutes late. When we looked under the pizza it was burnt. We paid 51 dollars for this pizza. It was awful.I do not recommend this place and when I called to complain they argued back and did not reverse me any money for the inconvenience. Unfortunately underwhelming. Waiting more than 30 min to find out Pizza order isn‘t even in the kitchen. Then waiting another 30 min to finally get the Pizza. Pizza was rather greasy. Waitress was inattentive. Needed to ask for cutlery, dishes, napkins and for straws twice. Refill only on request. First experience was good but second time was dreadful. Won‘t go back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

After a year of not coming here my uncle and I were craving Gus’s pizza and wings decided to come back could not remember why we stopped coming. We show up to watch football to find out they no longer do the Sunday ticket. Even when asked if they did the waitress was not sure and seemed confused what that was. To double check we asked if we could borrow the remote and find out, she began to get upset and tell us no. She seemed very annoyed with us asking about the Sunday ticket and to try certain channels to double check. I should have known they didn’t have the Sunday ticket with how empty it was only 3 tables full. If your a pizza and wing sports bar no reason you should be empty on football Sunday. They also no longer have pizza and wing specials and the wings seemed over price. We order our food decide to give it a shot still put the game on our phone. We get our wings first no napkins. We ask for napkins she respond one moment as we’re eating a few minutes pass still no napkins and our hands and mouths are a both filthy she comes out attends a few other tables. Then after several minutes of waiting she brings out the napkins but gives napkins to another table first( further away table) before us who asked originally. At this point I see she is clearly annoyed for what ever reason. We call her over one more time because the wings we ordered tasted not hot at all like medium and we requested hot. We asked if we can get a side each of the buffalo hot sauce. She returns with two sauces saying I asked the cook and he said yours our hot but if it’s not hot enough he mixed up hot with something else for you. We didn’t request that we requested a side of the buffalo hot sauce what ever they provided us was so nasty and horrible I am not sure what they were thinking or doing. We finally get the pizza and thank god the pizza looked great nice and hot a bit crispy just the way a pizza should be no flop. It was fantastic what we needed to turn this visit around until we got to one of our last 4 slices. Their was a big nasty long hair in it. At that point I was disgusted we didn’t eat that slice and the experience is ruined. I used to always come to Gus’s every Friday night and Sunday. Now it will be atleast 5 years before I try it again. Get Sunday Ticket, get your old wing recipe, have napkins and cheese along with peppers at table or atleast bring them out for customers, most importantly CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 1 star only because it wont let me post without one. Worst place me and my husband have been too. we got jalapeno poppers and they were from the store and tasted like they were old, along with there was only 5 of them for $6.99. We each got a pizza, neither ine if our pizzas was cooked the whole way through. Plus they charge $2 for each cup of marinara(I'm not kidding the size of the cup is one if those jello shot cups), they also charged to put a drizzle of bbq sauce on my husband's pizza that came out to $3 for that. So for 2 pizzas, 1 app, a kids drink and a reg drink came out to almost $80. So beyond outrageous, all the dumb upcharges are the reason places do bad and wonder why no one comes in. The service was terrible, the cooks in the back have no idea how to cook food, kept opening and closing the oven and just standing there talking and our waitress was slow, aloof, acted like she didnt want to be there, kept ignoring us and then expectrd a tip, sorry im not going to tip for horrible service. WE WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We stopped in after a medical appointment and ordered a small combo pizza. It was a week night/evening and very quiet when we went in so service was very one-on-one. While we were waiting, I saw a 24" pizza come out of the oven, so they don't play. We were served fairly quickly and the pizza was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh. We found out later from the serving staff that the main cook has been there 16 years, so he knows what he's doing. They have a fairly big menu and I'm sure we'll be back to try other things. Normally I would rate Gus's pizza for the flavor around 3 stars. BUT, this specific location is something special! The staff go above and beyond. When it comes to the service and atmosphere at this specific Gus, its a 5 star. But as the pizza is really the most important factor, I cant rate the overall score higher than a 4. But man is it really tempting to just give it 5 stars. Great place and really reccomend for you to stop by if around! Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Superb Pizza, decent beer selection and a nice place to go for a drink and a bite...the staff were fantastic, Raquelle and Bernard were superb with us English lads. Recommend the "Bronx Bomber" pizza...keep up the good work 👏 (and the Cardinals were winning when I visited 👍) Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
