This place has gotten pretty bad. Their food is quite expensive which I do not mind paying if it were good at all which it is not. I ordered a pizza and it was awful. I called and they made me a new one on a different day still not good at all. I stopped another day to grab a salad and the salad was full of water. It is obvious that no one cares at this location. I am not sure how they are even busy as this seems to be an ongoing issue. Disappointing since they are so close.

This has been my favorite pizza place for the last 10 years but in the past 6 months or maybe longer, the quality has gotten so bad that I probably won't be back. The bread sticks used to be top notch but now you get about half of what you used to along with them being smaller and overcooked. The pizza is hit or miss, I've had undercooked, overcooked, and no sauce pizzas. They charge $1.75 for extra sauce and then will forget to put it on. I'm keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and just saying it must be a rough day for them but I see now that this is the new norm.

Ordered mostacioli 3 lb special. Comes with a bag of breadsticks and small Greek salad. First the breadsticks were skinny and super short. I ordered 1/2 bag extra thankfully as the 1/2 bag were more normal size. Then I ordered a small Cobb salad. I was charged 5.00 for the Cobb as it was put in as a replacement for the Greekand she said it was an upcharge in place of the Greek and they charged me 8.00 for the Greek that comes with the meal that shouldn't cost me anything. Very disappointed with Gus's. I've never had a problem until now. There was no talking to the girl who checked me out. I tried. I bought all this for my daughter's birthday....we all couldn't believe the small size of the breadsticks.
