My favorite Mexican restaurant in Utah. Best I’ve had. Unbelievable selection to choose from. Pozole verde is amazing. Barbacoa de res, cochinita, mole, etc are all amazing. Hand made tortillas.

I don't know what the house specialty is, but the beef broth I bought was flavorless. It seemed that the vegetables had been boiled at the time I ordered the food, they were hard. No Se cual sea la especialidad de la casa, pero el caldo de res que compre estaba sin sabor. Parecia que los vegetales los hirvieron en el momento que pedi la comida, porque estaban duros. We were really impressed with Guisados! We ordered a little bit of everything and were impressed with each item. The chips were nice & crunchy and the salsa had the perfect amount of heat. We ordered a few different tacos and loved that there was a variety of salsas and toppings for the tacos. The service was also unmatched and you could tell they really care about this restaurant and the outcome of it. We have been telling anyone & everyone about this little place, in hopes that it will continue to grow and become even more successful.
