I was so excited to go try the fig and goat cheese sandwich! Went down to the cafe, got a dirty chai which was delicious and a Carmel Mach which was pretty good too. The sandwiches were a complete let down. Maybe an ounce of goat cheese, too much fig jam, and microwaved bacon. It was super sweet and it needs argyle or something. There wasn’t enough goat cheese to even taste it. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

An all around enjoyable experience. The barista was there by herself and could not have been more accommodating. I loved being surrounded by the plants, and they had a really great book collection. Such a cozy place to enjoy some coffee and breakfast! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Breakfast Sandwiches
Went to get a bottle of water and see why a car is getting towed across the street for my media job. Got my car towed within 10 min and the staff was very rude when I inquired about it. Sarah (who know who you are, miss) called me a bag of d!¢k$ 😂 seriously? are we 12? Is this how you treat customers in Pueblo, Grounded Cafe? Not my first time dealing with edgy a-holes. I'm from Missouri, lady. Get some freaking manners and grow up. YOU eat a bag 🍆☕🐾 👻💨 The water was ok. Not going back for overprice coffee and a bad attitude. Try elsewhere. Nice place with a good vibe, but the music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. I needed to have a 10-minute meeting online (with headphones), so I made my way upstairs. I asked if the music could be turned down for just a few minutes, no go. I made my way outside and finished there. Also, Starbucks always gives 2 tea bags (I had a London Fog), but this place gives you just one. Very little flavor. The staff are friendly, and I would return (if only to chill), but forget it if you need to focus on anything. Note the picture of my attempt to 🚫 out sound from the speaker, lol. Cozy coffee cafe. The barista recommended mocha was just what the windy morning ordered. The oatmeal was good with some pistachios and cranberries. Local art for sale on the walls. Neat space! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Squawk Coffee is a hidden gem of the coffee bean here in Pueblo. A little off the beaten path of Starbucks and the Daily Grind*, Squawk Coffee offers a new aromatherapy for the caffeine seeker. With a cozy interior and a loft for reservation the building offers a pleasant atmosphere. The space opens up dramatically when the weather warms up as the outside court is very inviting. In the early morning I hear there are yoga meet ups during the spring and summer. And interesting factoid: the history of a coffee shop in this building is extensive. The most recent owners have been using the same bean roaster for about 14 years! It is called Keva bean company. They air roast the beans instead of using the commonplace metal roasting technique. This reduces char taste and creates an equal roast over each batch!
Just happened to be walking around and saw this coffee shop. Went in and cool little place (lots of area to sit), ordered and was very impressed with everything we got! Friendly staff as well.
