One of my favorite restaurants. Love the chips and salsa. Found myself listless Sunday and drove the hour and a half to Manchester just to visit. Busy but not too crowded at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon. Reservations highly recommended at peak times. Food was ok. It was flavorful but not authentic Mexican food flavorful. Pretty nice atmosphere and service was good. If you need a quick “Tex-Mex” fix, this spot can fix your needs. The best chips anywhere. House made with amazing salsa. Hint of Smoke and very tasty. Black Bean soup was delicious. The Baked Chicken Burrito was also exceptional. Service was very good and the dining room is fun and cozy. Nice beer selection too. Fairly priced and large portions on all we ordered. Highly recommended. Huge parking lot in the rear of the place also. Must go back to try more selections. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The smallest and weakest margarita I’ve ever had at the biggest price of $10 ea. Food was edible but no real flavor - very mild. The place itself is authentically designed, but was disappointed when we told our server our margaritas were super weak and she brought second ones which tasted exactly the same. We eat southwest/mexican all the time, and know a decent margarita. These do not deliver and are way overpriced for the size of the drink. Disappointed and needed to share so others are fully aware. Keep your expectations low. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Frozen strawberry Margaritas were very weak and small. At $10 each there should have been more alcohol. We told the waitress they were weak and didn’t notice any difference on the second 2, but we did noticed an up charge of $2 on bill? We are not big drinkers but let’s be honest, we have a few drinks to get a little buzz on. I felt nothing but disappointment after 2 margaritas. I would have had more of a buzz off of one alagash. Fajitas were mediocre. We had the steak and shrimp. They were cooked properly but unfortunately not much flavor. This was our 4- visit over the years while on vaca and it was a bit disappointing. Will probably stick with the alagash and burritos next time. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I never leave reviews but, omg, the food was so bad. If you’re coming for margs and guac you’ll probably be happy because the ambiance is lovely and the service is great. The rice and beans were also very good. I could imagine the quesadillas might be serviceable? But an actual meal—run. My husband had shrimp tacos, I had the veggie bowl. Both were terribly cooked, flavorless and beyond uninspired. Honestly worst meal I’ve had in 10 years. Worst of all, the only hot sauce they have is sweet and not hot—no franks or cholulas or any commercial hot sauce on site. Chipotle mayo also tasted like straight sugar. Just wanted to leave this review for foodies as there are so many positive ones. I’m not saying don’t come here—the place really is lovely. But if you do, stick to the basics and bring your own hot sauce.
