Been here a few times now, since discovering it after moving here from Tennessee last April 2023, and it's a cute little cafe, ok coffee and food is ok.
I would have given it 5 stars, but when I called to see what time they closed on Saturdays, the person who answered the phone was a bit rude and said that they close the kitchen at 2 and the shop closes at 3.
I was a bit disappointed and surprised.
I wasn't impressed with the customer service I got today over the phone, as she just hung up without as much as a thank you or your welcome, even though I said thank you myself, she just hung up!.
I truly believe that this cafe has the potential to do much better if they'd just serve "amazing food" ( people will spread the word)
Have better customer service and would stay open later on Saturday and served food up until at least 5 on Sat and even later during weekdays.

They have a great coffee program! You really can't go wrong! Very kind staff! Also they do keep up the date on the holiday seasons! Finger Lake coffee roasters is the brand they use for their coffee.
