This is the second and last time we'll be visiting this establishment. When I was drinking from my cup it tasted off but I brushed it off, and stopped drinking. I was thinking they probably didn't clean their soda machine often, as it's a very common problem I notice at other fast-food places. Later at home as I was emptying the cup to throw it out, I noticed some strange particles floating inside. They felt like melted pieces of gum. I checked the other cup but it was completely normal. I have no idea how the person who filled our drinks didn't notice and I am incredibly disgusted. I hope those who read this check their drinks from now on when they order from here. Need more locations!! Undoubtedly the BEST fast food burger around. Sorry, Wh@taburger, Griff's is closer to home and we'll choose them every time. So good. The bun is crunchy around the edge and soft on the inside. The patty is thin and the toppings are just the right amount. It doesn't fall apart while eating. The fries are golden, crispy, hot and delicious!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I feel Griff’s has fallen from grace. I took a chance when I surprisingly came across this location when traveling through Haltom City. I have only tried the E. Lancaster location. The food on my last visit was decent, but not what I remember in the early 2000. This location in my opinion is worst! The burger patty was super thin and breaking apart. The entire meal was handed to me in seconds, and it was lukewarm. Usually, Griff’s takes a couple of minutes to prepare your food when it’s fresh. There was no seasoning on the burger patty and no salt on the fries. I don’t think any location will ever live up to what it was in the past. The area surrounding the establishment was clean, customer service was excellent, but it doesn’t make up for the food not being good. Went here after work last night and the staff were so polite and professional with speedy service. Originally, I was gonna go to Sonic but this burger spot was closer. Definitely was worth every penny and I got a full combo for under $11 bucks! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Griff's has been one of my favorite fast food all my life. They remodeled the Haltom City location, it is SO not the same! The meat is too done, the tator tots are burned and I'm not sure what they are doing with the fries but they need to quit! I've been there 3 times in the last year and we get at least 3 meals each time. They screwed up the burger orders every time. Before the remodel, the speaker had not worked proper for years and I could have understood the messed up orders. Now that they have a working speaker, they just mess it up cause they don't want to hear you tell them the way you want things. I don't understand the 5 star ratings that I've seen on this website! Griff’s Burgers is always a go to for my family. I’ve been coming to this Griff’s since I was a little boy with my parents and I’ve continued it with my family! Burgers, fries, onion rings, and corny dogs are always on point! My daughter even tried the fish sandwich the other day and enjoyed it! If you have the opportunity, go to Griff’s and enjoy a nostalgic taste! A nice clean restaurant. The staff were nice and I like how they call out the orders over the intercom. The giant cheese burger was aight. The taste was a reminiscent of a chain that uses bellhops. The fries were good though. I do believe they are twice fried. Small double cheese burger was the better of the two burgers. It was cheesy and moist. Always good food and excellent service. Sometimes service is a bit slow, but give them a break! They work hard to make you tasty food. We love to hangout here with friends and eat burgers. Talking about some "we're busy and our lobby is closed" like there are 3 people inside eating and talking to their hearts content. And don't even get me started on busy. I’ve been coming here since high school & I’m 50 now. It’s just good, old school burger & fries with a few other things on the menu. I will always come here as long as I live in the area to do so. Their only downfall would be their very young staff at times. Service is better when more adults are working vs the teens or very young adults are working.
