Very poor service, i ordered the cake 4 days ago and confirmed the order and time to collect. But when I reached their place, they don’t want to take my calls and they are texting me that I did not confirm the order. Although I am sending them screenshots of my confirmation, they ignored my messages. It was a birthday of my mother in law and we were so looking forward to the cake and I even had to leave my work 2 hours earlier to collect the cake. Never again. Don’t even use this unprofessional people.
