I always stop on my way back from my Daughter, and often on the way up, too. Great fresh veggies, wonderful fruits- apples and o the peaches! And fresh eggs, grand bakery goods, love the bread and the donuts are super. Just all good!
Love their bread! I’m So glad they have a vegan option.when I’m not eating my homemade bread, I’m eating theirs. Also love that I can buy beans in bulk. Produce is always fantastic, especially the berries. So happy to live under 5 miles from this little shop. Would give more stars if I could. If they had more spices, some plant milk, and baking necessities I would do all of my shopping there.
I have struggled with an appropriate star rating and decided on a 3 for these reasons: Nice selection of items - fresh vegetables, apples, other stuff - Maple syrup, canned items, baked goods, limited organic refrigerated items, nice staff....but just very $$$ - more so than last time I stopped in before the Wuhan deal. Understandably, ALL costs are through the roof given the state of our economy. So, someone else will be one paying $10+ for a quick bread and 3.75 /pound for sweet peppers. The single wrapped donuts for $1 each or 6 for $5.50 were very good. Donut+Cumbies coffee made for an inexpensive late breakfast. Honey Crisp apples looked very good - got 4 for work lunches.
The best homebaked goods, made right in the next room! Lots of local items including produce, kitchen goods, and various other handmade goods. Been coming here for years and it is the best!!
This place is the best for fresh fruits, veggies, apples, dried beans, maple syrup, all locally grown and the bakery is a must as well. I always stop when I’m in the area and the staff is super friendly too!!! Don’t forget the fall for the apples it is worth a 2 hr trip one way for me love everything about this place!
Delicious baked goods (but no gluten free), local veggies and beans, pumpkins, lots of Greenwood apple's, some practical crafts too. The pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are heavenly!
