When I was a kid (many moons ago) I used to come to Bedford with my family. My Dad and I used to go to a local bakery in town and get maple rolls. That bakery closed long ago and I haven’t found ones that even came close. There’s a few things that put Bedford on the map for me, and that surly was one.
We came across Laura’s bakery on Facebook and she was kind enough to make them when we were in town for the Fall Festival. I don’t know what she does that’s different from everybody else, but she nailed it. These took me right back to being 10yrs old and thinking these are the best things ever.
Thank you Laura for your delicious Maple Rolls. We also enjoyed the cookies and brownies. My only regret now is that we don’t live closer. 😆
