Went here during the summer and it had a very relaxed atmosphere, exactlywhat I was looking for in a hookah lounge. It is pretty barebones except for a few couches and booths. The staff might be the best part though. The guy we had was a great story teller and was on the ball when it came to adjusting coals.
Was there the other night (12/28/18) and was appalled by what I seen. The Bartender, Danielle, was too busy chatting with her friends to take customer's order. When I finally ordered a drink, she wouldn't give me my drink until I tipped her. I'm sorry, but a tip a gesture given for good service and Danielle DEMANDED a tip. Then she did the same thing to my friend and threatened to stab and cut my friend while holding a knife at him. All over her wanting a tip. I've came here a few times and enjoyed myself. This lost my business though
Veteran-owned. Can carry-in food or accept delivery. No alcohol. 18+. Friendly staff. Outlets for laptops, TV in back. Mix of booths, tables, and futon seating. It's a hookah bar, so be prepared for smoke.
I barely stepped in for a minute with my friend to ask a question about their hookah and I was already being told to throw out my drink (by a rude lady sitting at the bar not sure who she was) before even saying hello so they lost any potential business from us. Place looks dirty and unkept anyways, like somewhere someone could get trafficked.
Relaxing place to enjoy hookah and watch whatever sporting event is on. Friendly and attentive staff who work hard to know their regulars and make sure new patrons have a good time.
Really bad service and not a nice treatment by the owner or the staff. We drove back and forth to pay them because they didn’t accept American Express. I didn’t smoke the hookah because from the beginning it was burnt! The environment also was not clean and in a good shape!
