This place is robbery. They charge a gratuity for groups of 6 or more and it just cost us $94 for 2 lanes to bowl an hour. And they charged gratuity on drinks. And they charged gratuity on food. And the lanes doesn't keep score correctly. And the balls are chipped to hell. Rip. Off.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean, and the lanes work with very little glitches or issues. As soon as there is an issue with the lane, the employees are on it immediately. The food offered is by far better than the other local area bowling alley and the beer cold. Took a little bit for my beer to come out due to the bar being closed during the earlier part of the day. However, it was not soured, and i have no complaints really due to how busy it was and how tentative their service is. There is room for improvement. However, 4 out of 5 stars is a great rating for this place.
Awesome customer service and overall experience. We had our kiddos 6th birthday here for cosmic bowling. The kids all had a fantastic time, the staff was very attentive and the pizza was great! We’ll definitely be back!
