I had the pleasure of trying the almond milk coffee, scrambled eggs with veggies, and pumpkin pancakes at this establishment, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience.
Starting with the almond milk coffee, I was pleasantly surprised by the smooth and creamy texture. The almond milk added a subtle nutty flavor that perfectly complemented the rich taste of the coffee.
Moving on to the scrambled eggs with veggies, I was blown away by the freshness and vibrant flavors of the dish. The eggs were perfectly cooked and fluffy, while the medley of vegetables added a lovely crunch and burst of colors. In my case I ask them with green pepper, onion, tomato and mushroom. It was a healthy and delicious option that left me feeling energized and satisfied.
Lastly, the pumpkin pancakes were simply amazing. The pancakes were light and fluffy, with a hint of cinnamon and a generous amount of pumpkin flavor. They were topped with a dollop of whipped cream and drizzled with a sweet maple syrup, creating a mouthwatering combination of flavors. It was a delightful twist on a classic breakfast item that left me craving for more. Probably among the 10 best pumpkin pancakes I have tasted.
Overall, I highly recommend trying a delightful breakfast at this establishment. The quality of ingredients, attention to detail, and fantastic flavors make it a truly memorable experience. Whether you're a coffee lover, a fan of healthy breakfast options, or someone with a sweet tooth, this place has something to offer for everyone.

Pumpkin Pancakes
Being vegan, it can be difficult to find places to eat when away from home. So I Googled, and Green Bites came up as a nearby place. I found it easily and the inside was clean. They have lots to choose from on their menu and not just for vegans but for all- with a healthy twist.
The only con is that my food took 40 minutes to come out (it was about 10am, fri) and the 2 girls present were not very friendly. Nor was I asked if my food was ok or if I needed anything else. I think maybe it was because I complained about my food taking too long. And no, they were not busy as I was their only new order when I walked in. And for the next 20-25 minutes no one else walked in. Everyone else was eating already. The girl told me it's because each ingredient is made one at a time. I had one of their bowls- I think it was the draco.
However, I must say that when the dish came out, it was delicious and huge. And only because it was good I gave them a 4 star rating. So if you patronize this establishment - go with ample time, the food will not disappoint, and it's a little pricey.

I loved this place! The pancakes were sooooo good! Great little spot to get away from all the commercialized food in San Juan. Dorado is also a super cute town. Loved it!

Great food selection even if you are not vegan. Coffee is also good. The only difficulty we found was to find a parking spot. The staff is super friendly.

Great fresh food choices in a nice setting. Lots of vegan and keto options. Service is friendly and efficient.
We had pumpkin pancakes combo that came with fresh fruit and granola. It was served hot and tasted great. For the price, I wish they offered real maple syrup instead of the sugared kind
Other dish was avocado bowl. Another healthy option. The pita bread served with the bowl had way too much garlic though.
Overall I think the prices are way too high for what is served. I realize costs have gone up everywhere, especially food, but $15 for 3 pancakes is too much.

We were on vacation in Puerto Rico, when we ran into this little hole in the wall. I enjoy the ambiance and loved their customer service. They only thing I would like them to consider is putting more details in their menu like the vegan breakfast option doesn’t explain what’s in it. Other than that we didn’t have a problem with the wait or staff, perhaps because we went first thing in the morning. Note that they requested the vaccine card at the door.
The food and service here is impeccable! From the fresh fruit, the waffles with fresh toppings and the best scrambled eggs with cheese and veggies to the incredible coffee and fresh juice, it will definitely be a spot we enjoy again during our vacation in Puerto Rico!
