I've had various cupcakes from Green Being Creations but my favorite is the carrot cake! I'm not vegan but Chef Jenn's cupcakes are amazing. Will definitely be placing more orders in the future!
If you're looking for clean, vegan desserts then this place is THE one! Everytime I purchase something from this lovely small business, I wish I would've gotten more. The texture and sweetness is on point. My favorites are the oatmeal cookie (I usually don't like oatmeal cookies because i don't like raisins but this one is incredibily good, I'm hooked). I enjoyed the cookie dough cupcakes and the marble cupcakes too. They have cakes available, which I enjoyed the filling! I believe this small business is able to create custom cakes too. This small business' pop ups make my day. During weekdays I like to grab the vegan meals from Green Brothers Smoothies! Awesome stuff. I really enjoy everything! Give them a try!!
The baked goods of this black-owned vegan business are great, but also please don't sleep on their prepared meals! I've purchased several in the refrigerated section of Green Brothers Juice (multiple locations in Charlotte) and they are consistently delicious. In addition, I've met them at some pop up events they've been apart of and they are absolutely the NICEST couple. Looking forward to supporting them at future events.
The carrot cake cupcake is one of the best cupcakes I had and all vegan.
You need to keep it up because I want to eat about 100000000000 more of these things!!!
Y'all, I love baked goods and recently went gluten and dairy free, so it's been a little sad lately as many cakes and cookies do not compare to the wheaty-creamy-fat good good I once knew. But let me just say, I am sad no longer. I recently received a a gluten/dairy free birthday cake from Green Being and people... this had to be THE best cake I've ever had. It had great texture and was perfectly sweet without being overpowering and 'grainy' sugar sweet. I mean, we ate all of it with our two selves within a week it was so good. And boy howdy, it was large! Most gluten free baked good are so much smaller, but not here.
Now, we had some scheduling issues, but they took care of us with exceptional customer service. Chef Jenn was very kind throughout it all and answered all my questions on flavors and fillings. We will definitely be ordering all our deserts from here from now on and I highly recommend you do that same. Even if you're not vegan, GF, DF, these guys know what's up and will quite literally, deliver.
