Fat short Mexican clean shave can’t hear or make a sandwich to save his dear life. Not to mention the poor activities attitude he gave. No wonder everyone was Nextdoor at Charley’s. This guy is running down great wraps name because they use to be great now it’s time to switch to Charley’s Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad experience!! I’m a vegetarian and I specified that when getting the falafel wrap. I added the cheese fries and drink on side and got the NON BACON ones. Went to the car to find out there were pieces of bacon in it. I went back to tell the lady and the she casually tells me that it’s not bacon, it’s chicken. I was super shocked at her ignorance!! I then requested some sauce on my fries and she boldly said that there’s an extra charge. I said how upset I was by their service but they were rude instead. Not even a sorry. Never going here again!!!!

Me and my husband both had the Philly cheese steak sandwiches. They were okay, not the best as the buns were burnt and not really fully filled. We also had the loaded curly fries with ranch, bacon pieces and melted cheese. The fires were delicious. We also had a mango strawberry smoothie, that was tasty. For two Phillies, loaded fries and one smoothie we spent close to 30$ Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

I was placing an order with a Hispanic lady, after I was done ordering she confirmed everything with me in english, I noticed she was overcharging for things that I didn't ask for, when I asked about the extra charges she said "I dont speak english" and walked away with an attitude. The cook who also wasn't pleasant replaced her and still tried to overcharge me. I know dang well they spoke english and just wanted to be rude for no reason. Also waited 30 mins for my food. Honestly, I'd rather eat from the vending machines then give them my money again. I have given this place a lot of business in the past few years and that’s going to end today. The workers working there have the worst attitude and do not speak English and on top of that messed up my order and overcharged me. I do not recommend this location just go to the willowbrook one or somewhere else but dealing with the workers here is a pain. I had this for the first time today and ordered a large wrap so i could split it between lunch and dinner. For 13.00 I should have gone to Sonic and gotten 2 for the price of this one. Kinda a rip off. It wasn't the best but also not the worst. Won't eat here again just due to high pricing for mediocre food.

Horrible service! I ordered small gyro, and went to pay, the lady cooking got extremely mad, she was upset that I have ordered a different size. Then she angrily put the meat back in the drawer. Small gyro with fries was basically very small pita with barely any meat, few pieces of lettuce, and 6 fries. Horrible quality of food too! Big giant flies buzzing over the food! Don’t recommend this place at all!!!!
