The cookies and cream cookies is amazing!! It melts in your mouth. Bought 2 SMALL cookies for $6 something, and I’m a baker so that’s expensive to me but it was worth it.😂 Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

While waiting for my daughter to get her hair done at JC Penny's, I ran down to grab a DOZEN cookies from The Great American Cookie Place In The Mall, and they were buy a dozen & get 3 FREE! The cookies were warm & delicious! The young man that helped me was super nice & friendly. I got a large Dr Pepper & it was on point! When I got back to the beauty shop, my daughter & I & her hair dresser was all eating cookies and everyone was like, "WHO GOT COOKIES"!! Then they came running! Lol.. Next thing I know, everyone was headed to the cookie place. The smelled great & the were amazing!!

My husband and I both frequent here because of the convenience due to having a business at the mall. There is a particular younger girl who works there and she is never friendly- but today she was extra rude. The selection was horrible, and now I just spent $20 on stale cookies and was treated as an inconvenience to the girl working. Extremely disappointed in the quality of service.

We have no idea what it was but we purchased a cookie cake for Easter. Of the pieces missing one person took a bite that they described as eating a pill (medication) and their mouth feeling weird. This honestly caught us off guard as we have ordered several from this location. Unfortunately due to the dishonesty on top of down right weird people in todays society we wont be getting another one.

Cakes are absolutely gorgeous! Those decorator know what they are doing! By far the greatest GAC location! Flavor is great! Personally I feel this location has greatly improved since the beginning 2022! Love the new ownership!
