It was a great experience overall. Great choice when dessert hunting. It was a bit of a wait but everything that was ordered was made accordingly. Additionally purchases was made at the register. The man that made the Fudge Brownie Delight did a fantastic job. The Fudge Brownie Delight was made how I wanted and not how it orginally comes. Thanks a bunch and greatly appreciate the service provided.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💜💜💜💜💜

This place is linked with Pretzel Maker and I was very displeased! The cookie I had was stale and majority of them were very small with little icing. I certainly believe it’s because the employees don’t want to make the effort to do their job. Plus one worker in particular, she was very rude. I was standing there talking to her and it’s as if I was a ghost. Just when I was about to walk out though somebody came in. Guess what happened. Instantaneous service and not only that finally I was being attended. It shouldn’t take a crowd of people for them to do their job.

Do not order from this place! Not only do they charge extra for each character, but they were rude. When I asked about the policy on charging extra for each character, the associate manager avoided answering. It is up to whomever takes the order on how much they want to charge you. It is supposed to be an extra charge of $6 for any decor not in their book. However I was told by the general manager that she was going to charge me $15 extra. Why? Probably because I am not the right skin color. Not only are they charging more based on skin color, but they are not supposed to do licensed material and yet they do. Service: 1

$0.45 "convince fee", no explanation of what it is. Not mentioned before hand. Added by cashier. Removed and re-added my review because GAC is just going to comment "We're sorry, email us!" but no one will respond to that email. Is it me or the cookies don't quite taste the same! I always get the snicker doodles and peanut butter their my favorite but doesn't taste the same not to mention prices are higher 😉 Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have used this location for the past two parties that I’ve had and they do an amazing job. Even though the designs may not be in their portfolio they are always willing to try and never disappoint!!!

Everything was disgusting. The strawberry lemonade was nasty, cookies were hard and pretzels were cold. I asked for mozzarella stuffed pretzels and was told they weren’t serving those and only what was out which was regular pretzels and regular pretzel bites. So I got the pretzel bites. Disgusting. Plus the girl checking us out had a very bad attitude. I saw that based on how she treated the 2 young girls in front of me. But she treated me the same way. Like she was frustrated and didn’t want to be there. Rolling eyes and huffing and puffing.

Love the place, the food is always delicious! However, today's experience wasn't that great. The lady behind the counter was...how do I explain it...she had this look of disgust and I'm pretty sure she scoffed at me once or twice. If you are that miserable, you need to go somewhere else or work in the back. That is not the kind of face that the company needs "greeting" people. Maybe she was just having a bad day...I don't know. I just know that I felt very uneasy even being there. So, that's why I gave 3 stars.1

I really don't want to give it one star because I spent $13.66 here bought 4 Cookies notice there was a sign on the wall saying buy 5 get one free, I asked the cashier about it and was told the sign was not up to date and it did not apply to what I ordered. First of all that is false advertisment and then when I bring it to his attentioI am dismissed and then Charged on my receipt comodity charge @ my expense.

The cookie I had was good service was poor when a customer enters train your employees to speak and use words thru out the transaction not I pull out my card you reach than turn the screen towards me these young generations give piss poor performance to often smh as I mention the cookie was good not good enough for me to ever return
