We ordered a last minute birthday cake for my son and it was exactly what we wanted! They were friendly and had it done at the time we requested. We will be back!

They use Members Mark icing from Sam’s club. You can see it when the staff open the cabinets to get more icing. Ask for extra icing and you’ll see it. I’ve been here half a dozen times and it is always the same, so it’s not like they just ran out and had to get some because they were in a bind.
They cut the by the slice cookies in half but still charge you full price. The usual size is 5” wide, these ones are maybe 2.5-3” at best.
Staff complained they weren’t getting their tips, being paid through cash app and not getting their W2’s. I can’t prove any of this, but if your staff is so dissatisfied with you as an employer that they complain about this to customers, it’s very telling of the work environment.
Go somewhere else.
