The cookie flavor and texture is dry, and overall just off. I'm sad to see Nestlé go out. Nestlé had a more moist, better flavor cookie cake. We've ordered 3 different cakes from Great American in Highland Village and are extremely disappointed! We wish the product was the same as Nestlé simply with a new name. It's not just us; our kids, extended family, and close friends feel the same.

We came in a few minutes after closing and they didn't hesitate to help us! Excellent customer service. They really went above and beyond, even making a custom mini cookie cake for my family! Highly recommend!
