Went to this place earlier today with my wife because we had a sweet craving. The place looked and smelled nice. The young lady that serviced us with the cookies was very polite, however her co-worker (an older white female) treated me VERY NASTY, at the time I was the only black in the store and she stared at me with disgust and hardly wanted to service me when it came time to pay. My wife who is also half caucasian noticed the same thing before I could say anything. My wife and I are new to the area and just Moved to MS from MI. This was a very hurtful experience and will be our LAST time ever giving this place business. I felt hurt and disrespected.

Decided to check this spot out after dinner because I definitely have a sweet tooth and who doesn't love cookies!! This place was clean, staff was friendly and there are a variety of different cookie options. I tried the mint cookie and the regular chocolate chip cookie. They were good. Would use this place to get cookies for corporate events or to take to a party.

This review is not a review of this specific location but of the company itself. I have been trying to contact customer service support for over a week about an issue and they are ignoring all forms of communication and it's honestly just disappointing. I'd rather never deal with this company again

Called to place an order for a birthday cake on 8/11/22 at 10:30am. The woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude; I was inconveniencing her greatly to be placing an order. I wanted more than simply “happy birthday” on it (a picture or SOMETHING) and was told “NO”.

I was craving a cookie all day yesterday so I decided to stop by AC and get one. I walked in the store at 8:40 PM and realized I left my money in the car. I walked to my car grabbed my money and was walking back to the AC door when a young lady working there sees me, locks the door, and turns the light off. I was sooo disappointed!!! The sign out front says they close at 9:00 PM not 8:42….

What I ordered on the left, what I got on the right. When I expressed my concern and told them I did not have time to wait for a new one. The manager offered to wipe the icing off and try to fix it, but said it wouldn't look right. Why wasn't it done like the online ordering one in the first place?, and who wipes icing off a cookie and actually gets it to come out ok? It was paid for online, so they already had their money.

Ordered a cookie cake and went to pick up. First thing I noticed was there is no mask requirement posted on the door. The guy said the cake wasn't ready yet and needed to cooled. I was standing there and I watched him grab the cake and move it with his bare hands. I told him he isn't wearing gloves and asked for a refund because its unsanitary and that I'm buying it for my elderly parents. The girl behind the counter then tells me they don't wear gloves because that's cross contamination. My fiancee pulls up their corporate website and shows her they are supposed to wear gloves and she continues to insist they aren't, despite the fact the other employee is wearing gloves. In summary, unsanitary conditions and handling of food and lying about their corporate policies. Will not be going back to this location.

A friend tried to get a cake for a birthday and was told to pick up the cake at 6pm. They were closed when we arrived, so our friend was not able to have a cake. The manager was quite rude when we picked up the cake the next day and kept blaming it on us. The website says they close at 9pm. Difficult to order what we wanted and not great service!

Absolutely horrible experience. I've ordered two cakes from here and neither have been completed on time. The decoration is incredibly sloppy and the workers are rude. I would never reccomend this place to anyone.
