I’m not the type of person that always complain or write bad reviews but I had the worst experience at your store today. My daughter ordered a 21st Anniversary cake for me and my husband. She is away for college so I went to the store to pick it up. I sent my daughter a picture of the cookie cake and it was not the way she ordered it. Wrong color for the border but ok that’s fine but the writing was smeared. I went back to the store and told the guy the situation and the only response I got was “ The one that did your cake is new.. the other person already left” “ You can return the cookie cake and I will give you your money back. We will just throw it away and that’s all I could do”
no apologies whatsoever.. no form of service recovery. I was not asking for a full refund with a free cookie. I just hope that it was handled a little better. Even if the guy just apologize and give me a free brownie, a scoop of ice cream, $2 off coupon or whatever.. it’s not about the value but just something small to show that you CARE about your customers. Any form of service recovery to make it up to your unhappy customer. That’s all. 😞
Worst customer service! I'll just go to crumble cookies down the street next time. Hate it when I come to a store and the employee makes me feel uncomfortable....maybe they shouldn't work there?
It is very sad how bad the customer service is at this establishment, the young workers were very rude about what we wanted on our cookie cake, and how they spoke to us with lots of disrespect.
