AMAZING! Food was absolutely 10 out of 10!!! But what really makes this place over the top special was their service! And I don’t just mean it was as expected, I had high hopes for this place and they exceeded them in every way possible! Our bartender prior to going into the restaurant was excellent! Our server was David… smiles and on his game! Recommendations were spot on. He knew the menu, he engaged with us just the perfect amount. It’s folks like David that will make this feel like a 6 star resort (very few of those in the country). The folks delivering the food were smiles, the staff that cleaned off our tables were smiles and courteous while making sure we weren’t rushed or that they were not going to take anything we may still want to nibble at… Did I say the food was off the charts!? We met the manager Javier because he needed to know whatever he was doing for a training process was working across the entire staff! Even the folks at the front station were full of yes on how they could accommodate us. We had the pleasure of meeting the GM as well! What a great guys with a fantastic outlook! If they keep this going I’ll be looking forward to any next TB resort/destination… don’t expect it to be like anything you’ve ever experienced at a TB restaurant (which we enjoy)… this place is special and we cannot wait to get our friends back over here!!! On a scale of 1-10, they were a 15!!! Great job to all!!!
