I literally go out of my way just to come here!! I fries and literally amazing and the shakes and to die for!! It’s such a cute little place and one of my family favorite! The food is always fresh and I recommend getting the chicken strips or the avocado burger but most of all get one of the fresh shakes! They give you a lot of food and the burgers are big so usually we share the fries.

Chicken Strips
Awesome little diner. We stopped for shakes and even though there was a HUGE line, we got our food so quickly. They were very creamy and full of flavor. I watched everyone's food come out and it all looked delicious. Can't wait for the next time I go back through Heber so I can try the amazing looking burgers, sandwiches, and fries.

Bacon Cheeseburger
This place is so awesome. The food has very generous portions. Their food is very filling, fresh, and delicious. I got the black bean burger and I was very impressed with it! The fries are wonderfully seasoned too. My only wish is that they offered self serve refills to the customers and self serve fry sauce we didn’t get very much.
The atmosphere is really wonderful though. Outside patio and indoor eating area.

It's exactly what you expect from a hole in the wall small town greasy spoon.
Great shakes. Those fries were crispy and seasoned well, made for good dipping in the shake. The chicken strips were good and my mother enjoyed her burger, fries, and shake as well.
Service was surprisingly fast for lunchtime. Costs about the same as McDonald's does now but infinitely better. Drove up from Orem just to have it.

Very inconvenient location with almost no parking, aswell as a very small seating area. Service was pretty good. Prices are around 20-30$ per person and usually a 30-40 min wait time. Burgers are allright, nothing to really write home about, fries are really good though.

Bacon Cheeseburger
Granny's is a classic American diner. You order out of a window and find a table outside in the "yard"... there is some limited seating inside as well. The staff were friendly and answered our questions and resolved mistakes on our order quickly and kindly. I had the jalapeno burger which was delicious. I like when peppers add to the flavor and not melt your face off. We also had the salad which was...served in a paper fry tray. The kids had kids meals, but their favorite part were our custom shakes. Oreo cookie dough toffee and raspberry cheesecake Graham cracker. The fries were very similar to McDonald's fries, which is actually a good thing in my book :) If you are looking for the classic American, burger fry and shake experience. This is a good place to find it.

Granny's is a local favorite for shakes, burgers, etc. The service was pretty slow, they were very busy but it still took 30 minutes to get two hamburgers out. We weren't the only ones, if you had food it took a long time. If you only purchased shakes then they got out really quick, they probably sent out 40 shakes in the same time frame.
Food was okay, nothing spectacular. I think mainly people go there for the shakes. Maybe it was just an off night, I'll try them again in a few weeks and update the review if it is different.

Indoor/outdoor seating. Great atmosphere. Order the pulled pork burger which was incredible and the Western Burger was one of the best I have ever eaten. Their buns are unique compared to other burger places. The buns were buttered and soft, not dry at all. Onion rings and fries were great. I will definitely be visiting this place again. Paid about $30 bucks for 2 meals and a shake.

Western Burger
Looks very popular with the locals.
The legendary burger was nice. The cashier recommended the raspberry shake, which was tasty, and made with fresh fruit.
Fries came with the perfect amount of fry sauce, but had a seasoning that I’m still unsure about.
The blue cheese burger wasn’t my favorite compared to others out there.
