Impressive local pizza joint - ingredients are fresh and dough is all hand-tossed. Never had a bad experience here and the guy that regularly runs the register is super laid-back and friendly. The pizza and wings are fantastic! I have been to other pizza places but Granite Mountain has always had the best pizza. The choices are numerous! The personnel and owner have always been friendly, professional and they do their best to know their customers. The pizzas always have fresh ingredients! I have never had a bad pizza there so I highly recommend them to all pizza lovers! They have been voted top Pizza Restaurant in the greater Prescott area in the last 2-3 years. Came here when visiting Prescott for a getaway weekend and WOW!! The customer service was so friendly & personable! Huge shoutout to Marisa for being the absolute sweetest and taking the time to help me with my options due to some allergies I have! The pizza was perfect when it came out & can tell it's made with care. Truly some of the best i've had in a long time, makes me wish they were in Scottsdale so I could order from them regularly!!! Would give 6 stars if possible! If you are ever in Prescott definitely give it a try, you will not be disappointed! Thank you again to Marisa & the amazing staff, I will be back!! The quality of the cheese, sauce, and toppings are decent. However, from the first bite I could tell that the dough was not fresh. In both of my pizzas the stale taste of the old dough was very prominent, and resulted in a sub par experience. For the price of the pizza I was hoping all of the ingredients would be fresh. Papa johns is a fraction of the price and at least they have fresh dough. I would try it again if the quality of the dough was improved, but as of now I can’t recommend this pizza. Edit- Thank you for responding. To answer your question, I felt that the dough had a stale, bland taste that was reminiscent of frozen pizza. I also did find that it was too floppy for my taste. I can see that you take pride in your ingredients and I believe you when you tell me your dough is fresh, but this was my honest experience. The kids loved it. They thought it was the best pizza they ever had. I'm pretty sure that means I'm going to be buying a lot of pizza there. I thought it was solidly good. I look forward to trying the calzones because the dough of the pizza seemed like it would be very well suited for a calzone. Overall, a good night out with my boys. Okay pizza. The cheese and dough are very good, the sauce is not my taste. Sauce has a mild flavor that i did like but i did not like the spiciness/heat or the tomato bits/skin. The garlic cheese sticks also had spiciness. It does beat the chains for quality but i would not order again as am not a fan of spicy heat. Would be good to mention that in menu description. The pizza and wings are delicious. The people that work there are friendly and helpful. I ordered my pizza with gluten free crust and I had a great chewy and crunchy on the edges texture. I like it better than regular crust. I can pig out on it and not feel bloated, I t is healthy and great!

Our first visit here. Started with an appetizer of cheese and garlic breadsticks... Couldn't decide between the "Big Kahuna" or "Canadian Chicken Club" pizza ( both had Canadian bacon, our preference.) Why not order both, so we ordered a large half and half regular crust pizza. Enjoyed everything...glad we stopped in. Support local...
