Italian cuisine under the direction of the great chef is gorgeous here. Cooks at this pizzeria do their best to provide guests with good chicago pizza, spaghetti and pizza salads. Update 1/24/2024: Great Happy Hour tonight! Breakfast at Granelli's! Now our favorite pizza place does a great breakfast, too. I had a smothered omelette that was very cheesy (trust a pizza place to do cheese right), and their green chile walks the perfect line between heat and flavor. Love the potatoes, too. My wife had the breakfast bowl that she really liked. Next time, we are going to try the biscuit and gravy pizza, that should be fun. Turns out this is going to be out next Sunday morning favorite. Recommended to us just before Christmas and we have been loyal patrons ever since. Everyone has their own opinion on what makes the best pizza and being originally from the Midwest we are no exception. If you love thin crust, not too spicy sauce and just the right blend of toppings and cheese, Granelli's is the place to go. Introduced the parents of my daughter's volleyball team to saurkraut, bacon and onion pizza and it was the first to go. The Rock is fabulous also. I've never eaten in, but always had great service. Truly was the best breakfast I have ever had !!!!! And breakfast is my favorite meal so that’s a big deal that it’s the best. I got a calzone and bottomless mimosas, my glass of mimosas was never empty they always were filling it and were on top of everything!!!! Love it here. Granelli’s recently started serving brunch, and breakfast pizza might be my new favorite food. If you haven’t been here for brunch, it’s a MUST! We had the breakfast pizza with chorizo and cream cheese, a biscuit and gravy pizza, and a breakfast pancake with blueberries. So sad about the service here! The pizza and wings are good, but the pizza took close to 30 minutes after we ordered to arrive at the table, and the wings didn't come for another 5 minutes after the pizza. We were in an otherwise empty restaurant at the time, so it seemed more likely that our order was forgotten. The server seemed generally annoyed by us but was more attentive after it was obvious the food was delayed. We weren't offered any kid menus (not sure they have them) and one of the bathrooms wasn't stocked. I'm not sure we would come back to give this place another try even though it seems like it had potential. Great place. I had the Bee Sting pizza (pepperoni, pepperoncinis, and hot honey) and my husband had the Meatsa. Wings were good too! The server was nice and very attentive. Clean restrooms. We’ll definitely be back! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

My favorite place to order pizza from in Castle Rock. We mostly order takeout, it’s always ready when they say it will be. My favorite favorite pizza is the Bee Sting. Parking can be a bit of an issue when picking up, but to be expected when the food is this delicious. Service Take out Food: 5

When biting into the pepperoni pizza, I found myself letting out a audible “mmmmm” because of how amazing the crust is! This is possibly my favorite place to get pizza. We arrived around 1:30 and there was only another couple there finishing up, which made it odd because it did take a bit to receive it, however, the kids kept busy and the pizza was hot! (I also saw someone take away 6-8 large pizzas togo so that probably contributed to the wait time). Also, when I asked the server if this pizza would be enough they just said “I don’t know” and honestly, if they worked there long enough, they would know based on what other kids that age have eaten and if it was enough to share. I would have given a 5 stars if the customer service was handled better. I’d go back because the Chicago style pizza and crust is by far my favorite!
